Serving up our take on Mediterranean fare with a NW twist.

Started in 2024 by Melissa Barber and Brett Meyer, Civil strives to combine local and regional ingredients with flavors and techniques from the Mediterranean, inspired and informed by Brett’s experience growing up in Spain and Morocco. Our food focuses on tapas and small plates. We recommend sharing and eating family style to try as many dishes as possible.
We’re not taking reservations at this time. Seating is first come, first served.
For our first year in the brick-and-mortar space, we’re not offering nonprofit donations, but we look forward to supporting our local nonprofits after we’re more settled in.
