Started in 2024 by Melissa Barber and Brett Meyer, Civil combines local and regional ingredients with flavors and techniques from the Mediterranean, inspired and informed by Brett’s experience growing up in Spain and Morocco. Check out the current menu on OpenTable. Our food focuses on tapas and small plates. We recommend sharing and eating family style to try as many dishes as possible.
